Odpowiedź zza Wielkiej wody nadeszła, ale takiego wyjaśnienia się nie spodziewałemMój mail:
I used to be a satisfied user of a pair of shoes made by your company- 8" Tactical Sport Boot ( E02260 ), to be specific . I used to be , because recently I made a very unpleasant discovery when it comes to the quality of your products.
Please note, although I bought them about four years ago , they were only used in the winter and in urban conditions. Shoes lay in the closet since last year- I took them out for cleaning and impregnation. As shown in the attached photographs, sole peels off from the rest of the shoe roughly in the middle (both shoes are the same) .
As I wrote above, I am very disappointed, especially since the shoes cost quite a lot , and fell apart like cheap Chinese counterfeit ones. This is not what I expected after reading all the positive reviews of your shoes, and sadly it looks like it was my last purchase of your products .
I suppose in case of these shoes your slogan- " proudly made in the USA" simply does not apply .

Thank you for contacting us.
We do warranty our footwear for up to one year from manufacturing defects. Your boots have experienced this break down due to being in storage and not worn consistently. The outsole when used consistently and not stored for long periods of time is a great outsole. While we do have footwear that is manufactured in the USA this boot is not one of them.
If you feel that this failure is due to a manufacturing defect and not due to the normal breakdown of material please provide the information below.
- First and last Name
- City, State and zip
- Daytime phone number
- Stock number of the footwear
- Size and Width
- Place and date of purchase
- Photo of the tag on the inside tongue of the footwear
